FAQ

Who can wear a faja?

ANYONE! Fajas are commonly associated with plastic surgery and believed to only be worn by people who have got plastic surgery. Fajas can be worn by anybody who is looking to shape, lift and tighten their body.

Do Fajas help you lose weight?

A lot of people will argue that it will not but, in my experience, I have seen how wearing a faja can help you not only lose inches but, helps with weight control as well.

The high compression of a sntachedbyg faja will restrict the amount of food you consume and will not allow you to over-eat which, eventually help you lose weight. In addition, one can also wear a snatchedbyg sport faja that will help increase sweating while exercising.

However, with everything a balanced diet and body movement is suggested to take you results to the next level.

What Faja should I get?

The first step is to determine what are your needs.

A full body faja is suggested for the following

  • Everyday wear
  • Postpartum
  • Post opp
  • Full body contouring
  • Control bloat
  • Corrects posture
  • Boost confidence

A waist trainer is suggested for the following

  • Worn only hours at a time
  • Sinching your waist
  • Corrects posture
  • Corrects bloat

A Sport Faja is suggested for the following

  • Worn during exercise
  • Increases the amount sweat body releases
  • Releases body toxins
  • Helps drop water weight

What size should I get my faja?

Ideally one should measure themselves to get the most accurate size. However, not often people tend to measure themselves so the suggested size would be a size lower than what you would normally wear in clothes. (standard full body faja)

Please note that fajas need to be broken in and even though it might be hard and uncomfortable to get in to at first the more you wear it, the better and it will feel.
